Ingredients
- can (170g) tuna in water, drained and flaked
- high protein greek yogurt
- mayo
- grainy mustard
- fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- small dill pickle, finely chopped
- pickle brine
- mixed red, orange, and yellow peppers, small dice
- slices cheddar
- slices bread
Instructions

Drain tuna well and flake into a bowl.

Add greek yogurt, mayo, mustard, dill, pickle, pickle brine, and peppers. Mix to combine.

Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.
