Jamaican Coconut Coleslaw Dressing
A light coconut milk and cream dressing with lime, brown sugar, allspice, and scotch bonnet heat. Enough for 400g / one standard bag of coleslaw mix.

Ingredients
- (≈ ⅓ cup) coconut milk
- coconut cream
- neutral oil
- Juice of 1 lime (~2 tbsp)
- (≈ ¾ tbsp) apple cider vinegar
- brown sugar
- allspice
- scotch bonnet hot sauce (or ½ tsp minced fresh)
- salt
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions

Whisk all ingredients until sugar dissolves.

Adjust lime and sugar balance to preference.
